What we collect

We collect your account email, a securely hashed password, the resume text and profile details you choose to provide, job descriptions you submit, your generated resumes, and payment status. We do not collect your full card number; Stripe handles checkout. We use essential session cookies to keep you signed in.

Why we use it

We use your details to create evidence-based resumes and application email drafts, provide your private account and saved PDF history, confirm your one-time purchase, prevent misuse, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your resume or use it for advertising.

Service providers and international processing

Netlify hosts the app and private file storage. Stripe processes payments. Resend delivers account emails. These providers may process data in other countries under their own privacy terms.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your profile, account and saved PDFs from your workspace. We retain the minimum purchase record needed to restore paid access, handle refunds or disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. For full data access or deletion requests, email support. Backups and provider records may take additional time to expire.

Security

Profiles and PDFs are stored in private storage. Passwords are hashed, account sessions are signed, and checkout takes place on Stripe. No online service can promise absolute security. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

Your choices

You can review and change your profile, download recent PDFs, request a password reset, and request access to or deletion of your information by emailing support.
