Refund policy

Simple $1 refund

If the service is not useful for you, email us within 14 days of purchase from your account email and request a refund. We will refund the original $1 USD payment to the original payment method. Your paid access will end when the refund is processed. Currency conversion and bank fees, if any, are controlled by your payment provider.

If something goes wrong

Contact us if you were charged twice, cannot access a paid account, or receive a broken PDF. We will investigate and either fix the issue or refund the payment. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain available beyond this voluntary 14-day policy.

How to request one

Send your account email and approximate purchase date to gopikaaravindoffl@gmail.com. Do not email full card details. Refund arrival time depends on Stripe and your bank.
