The service

Resume Studio selects and formats information that you provide into one-page PDF resumes and application email drafts. You are responsible for reviewing every result and ensuring that your profile, dates, qualifications and claims are accurate before applying.

Price and access

The price is a one-time $1 USD payment per account. There is no subscription or recurring charge. Payment provides access for as long as Resume Studio operates, subject to reasonable use of up to 50 resume generations per calendar month (UTC). We may change or retire the service in the future; this purchase does not promise perpetual hosting or future features. A new monthly allowance begins on the first day of each month.

Your account and content

Use a valid email, keep your password private, and upload only content you have the right to use. Your content remains yours. You give us permission to process it solely to operate the service and provide your results. Do not upload other people's confidential data without authority, or use the service to create false credentials or impersonate someone.

Output and ATS checks

We check that generated PDFs are one page, contain selectable text, use standard section headings, and remain within page margins. Applicant tracking systems vary; these checks do not verify compatibility with every system, guarantee an ATS score, or promise an interview or job offer. The service does not provide career, legal, or immigration advice.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available, but maintenance, provider outages, or changes may interrupt it. We may suspend abusive accounts. We will not charge a recurring fee without obtaining new consent.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
